Ethiopian Association's Youth Group

The Ethiopian Association's Youth Group aims to inspire young people to get involved in their communities and enable them to realize their full potential. The Ethiopian Association Youth Group is focused on the following core areas: Education /Employment, Sports and Recreation, and Cultural/Arts.

The Ethiopian Association currently offers a free tutoring program for youth between the ages of 13 and 18 every Saturday.

In the near future, the Youth Group plans to provide the following programs:

• Book Swap Program for University and College Students

• University/College Orientations

• Book Club

• Employment Information Sessions (Resume writing, interview preparation…etc)

• Career Planning and Advising Sessions

• Financial Advising Sessions

• Sports Activities

• Field Trips

• Social Gatherings (eg. Movie nights)
